Information you enter into forms
Any information we capture on contact forms or registration forms is retained in a database on our web server. The server is physically located in the residence of our IT specialist, as are backup files which also contain your information. Basic security configuration is in place to prevent unauthorised access to the server.
Payment information you enter when checking out from our webstore
Your credit card details are sent directly to our payment gateway, Stripe, when you check out from our webstore. These details are never seen nor stored in the database on our web server.
Information we collect automatically
We use Google Analytics to track the usage of our website and analyse its effectiveness. This service collects data on which pages you visit, how long you spend reading them, and which actions you take on them. The data collected by this service is anonymous; it does not identify you as an individual. We use the information you provide to manage the club, to communicate with you, and to keep you safe during club meetings, camps and other activities. We do not provide any of your information to third parties except in a medical emergency.
